Group Classes in New York City

My goal with group yoga classes is to create a space where you can unplug, focus on your well-being, and connect with a small, supportive community of like-minded individuals.

The classes are based in Hatha and Vinyasa styles, designed for different levels with various options and modifications to meet your needs. Each session includes breath work, relaxation, and meditation to provide a complete mind-body experience.

Currently, the group sessions are offered occasionally and take place in different locations.
