Hi there!

I'm Daniela and here is a little bit about me.
I'm originally from Colombia and moved to New York city in the fall of 2021, where I currently live with my husband and work full time as a yoga instructor.
Growing up I always wanted to be a doctor, I was fascinated by the human body and had this deep desire to help others. Life took me on a different journey, but I found my calling in guiding others through yoga. It's amazing how I can still explore and understand the human body, just from a different perspective. Now, I'm living my dream of practicing and teaching yoga every day. Over the years, yoga and meditation have been my constant companions through life's ups and downs, helping me develop a more conscious approach to life.
My personal journey with yoga began 13 years ago when I took my first Hatha class with my mom. From that moment on, I was captivated by the physical benefits of yoga, as well as its effects on my mental and emotional well-being.
In 2019, after doing a yoga retreat in Bali, I was able to connect and discover myself in the practice on a deeper level. I realized that yoga was more than just a hobby, but a passion that I wanted to explore more and be able to share with others. That's when I decided to complete my first 200-hour Yoga and Meditation teacher training in Medellin, Colombia, where I lived at that moment.
In 2022, I traveled to Rishikesh, India and stayed there for over a month. This trip was a transformative experience for me as I was able to deepen my practice and grow on a personal and spiritual level. I completed a 300-hour yoga teacher training program, which greatly expanded my knowledge of yoga and meditation.

I’m constantly looking for ways to make yoga more accessible to everyone and I not just believe, but have seen how yoga and meditation can transform lives.

I’m happy to be able to work with amazing people who keep inspiring me everyday and to be able to facilitate the practice to people who might find it hard to go to a studio or participate in a group class.
YOGA IS AN INWARD JOURNEY OF SELF DISCOVERY
